TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATIONS:
We have a very strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time you will be expected to pay 50% of that service cost. If you cancel within 2 hours notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be expected to pay 100% of your treatment cost.


PUNCTUALITY:
We may have to shorten or cancel your appointment if you are later than 5 minutes. We ask you aim to arrive a few minutes before appointment time. If you happen to be running behind, please call us and we can try and estimate whether or not there will be enough time to carry out your treatment.


DATA:
We require all clients to fill out a consultation card prior to their treatment. This information is stored safely in line with The Data Protection Act. Its down to you to keep your therapist updated with any medical changes prior to each treatment so we can update your record card and ensure your treatment can safely be carried out.


PATCH TESTS:
First time clients must have a patch test carried out 24 hours prior to all eye enhancement services. You must renew your patch test if:

  • You haven’t had this eye enhancement service for 6 months or longer
  • Change of medical history
  • You become pregnant (must be over 12 weeks, LVL cannot be carried out during pregnancy)


GIFT VOUCHERS:
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and cannot be used after expiry date. They are non refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances. Gift vouchers must be given to your therapist when you arrive for your treatment. The same 48 hour cancellation policy applies for all gift vouchers.


PRICING:
We have the right to increase treatment and product pricelist at any time in line with relevent inflation/ business expenses.


LOYALTY CARDS:
Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotions and they can only be redeemed against ONE single treatment. We have the right to change or discontinue loyalty reward cards at any time.


CHILDREN:
It is your responsibility to arrange childcare when you book your appointment as we are unable to allow children to come into the treatment room. This is due to health and safety / insurance reasons.
